Nursing staff does not administer or dispense medications. Therefore, it is important to complete an authorization form in case it is necessary to give medication to your children. Steps to follow:

Download the authorization for the supply of medicines and fill out the form completely.
Send the authorization and the medical prescription issued by the EPS or an authorized health professional to the nursing section corresponding to your child's grade.
After the authorization and order are approved by the school, they can send the medications described in the order.
