After traveling 2 km along public roads from La Intermedia towards San Lucas in the upper part of Envigado to the Fiore Urbanization, and from the lower part of Envigado to the Police Clinic in the La Cuenca sector, the route also covers Avenida El Poblado and Las Vegas up to the Politecnico Jaime Isaza, including Balsos, Alejandría, and the transverse roads up to 9th Street.

Long route:

The long school bus route begins at Clínica La Policía and travels toward Sabaneta, passing through both the upper and lower sections. It then moves on to La Estrella, crossing the lower part of the town and reaching the park. The route continues through Itagüí in the lower section, as well as Guayabal, Laureles, and Belén, until it arrives at Euro. Afterwards, it proceeds through Calasanz, covering the lower section up to the health center and Emaús church, and then goes through Santa Mónica, La América, and 92nd Street. Finally, it reaches El Poblado, starting from 10th Street and bordering Las Palmas and Loma del Indio.
