Request for certificates and documents
Do you need to request academic certificates or documents? We can help! Follow these simple steps:
Emails to make the request:
- If you are currently part of the school community (enrolled student, parent), request the assignment of services for payment of the certificate or document from the cashier's office to the email: auxcartera@colegiobenedictino.edu.co, Please note that payment will be made through the BEAM app.
- If you are a former student of the school, write to the collections department to find out how you can proceed with the payment.
- After writing to the portfolio department and to request the certificate of study, copy of diploma, and grades, email: sjgaleanoa@colegiobenedictino.edu.co
- For the annual cost certificate: auxcartera@colegiobenedictino.edu.co
- Send the payment receipt to the email: sjgaleanoa@colegiobenedictino.edu.co, and relate in the email: Name of the document requested, document format (digital or physical), student's name, grade, applicant's name, and contact number.
Note: If you request ratings and need several, each one must be cancelled separately.
Finally, please note that the document processing time will begin to count from the sending of the email with the information and proof of payment.
