SUBJECT: End Time and Delivery Schedule – Extracurricular Activities

Dear Benedictine Families!

In the love of the Father, receive a fraternal greeting.

Taking into account the observations and improvements implemented last year, this year we have adjusted the schedule.
for the completion of our extracurricular activities. For students EBI, classes will conclude at 4:00
p.m., while for the EBE and EBS will end at 4:30 PM. In this regard, they will be allowed access to the
installations 10 minutes beforehand, although we ask for your patience while the students get on and get organized in
the delivery area.

We want to reiterate the importance of patience and respect towards our staff, who dedicate their
effort and dedication to make this educational experience possible. We appreciate your collaboration and understanding.
