The Parent-Teacher Association of the Benedictine School of Santa Maria invites parents to the Assembly
General Meeting of Associates, ordinary meeting to be held next Tuesday, February 27th at 6:00 p.m.

Next, we share the stipulated agenda for this meeting:
1. Quorum verification.
2. Reading and approval of the agenda.
3. Election of Assembly President and Secretary.
4. Appointment of the committee for review and approval of the minutes.
5. Reading of the commission's report approving the minutes of the 2023 General Assembly.
6. Management Report Board of Directors 2023.
7. Statutory Auditor's Report 2023.
8. Consideration of the 2023 financial statements and budget for 2024.
9. Nomination of members for the new Board of Directors.
Notes:
• This call is made in accordance with Article 18, subsection a, of the Association's bylaws.
In this assembly, it will be deliberated and decided if more than half of the associates are represented. In case

• According to Article 17 of the Association's Bylaws, “At the General Assembly, the Members shall have
right to one (1) vote per family and proxy representation will be admitted only if it is submitted in writing and
addressed to the Assembly. A family may not represent more than two families by proxy vote.” Please,
deliver the proxy vote to ASOPAF's office or directly to
whoever is going to represent him, so that they may accredit them before the Assembly.
• The Association's books and financial statements are available to members at the office.
